Nature of Products

All products ordered through the website are manufactured or printed specifically according to the client request and specifications. They are customized products and are not resalable.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing authorization has been issued or actual execution has started. Client approval of the design by email or WhatsApp is considered final authorization to proceed.

Returns

Customized printed or manufactured products are non-returnable once executed or delivered, unless a printing or production error caused by the company is established.

Store Credit or Voucher

In certain exceptional situations, the company may issue partial store credit or a voucher for future use. The percentage or value shall be determined solely by the company based on the production stage and costs already incurred.

Company Errors

Where a printing or execution error is caused by the company, the company shall reprint at no additional cost or refund the order value, or the affected portion thereof, if reprinting is technically not possible.

Client Errors

If the client approved the design and errors are later discovered, including spelling, dimensions, colors, or content issues, the client bears full responsibility. If correction remains possible, the client may be charged for molds, wasted materials, or related additional costs.

Maximum Compensation

In all cases, the company liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed order only.

 

طبيعة المنتجات

جميع المنتجات التي يتم طلبها عبر الموقع يتم تصنيعها أو طباعتها خصيصاً بناءً على طلب العميل ومواصفاته، وبالتالي فهي منتجات مخصصة لا تعد قابلة لإعادة البيع

إلغاء الطلب

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد إصدار أمر الطباعة أو بدء التنفيذ الفعلي. ويعتبر إرسال موافقة العميل على التصميم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تطبيق واتساب موافقة نهائية على بدء التنفيذ

الاسترجاع

لا يتم قبول استرجاع المنتجات المطبوعة أو المصنعة حسب الطلب بعد تنفيذها أو توريدها، إلا إذا ثبت وجود خطأ ناتج عن الشركة في الطباعة أو التنفيذ

الرصيد أو الكوبون

في بعض الحالات الاستثنائية، قد توافق الشركة على منح العميل رصيداً أو كوبوناً بقيمة جزئية يمكن استخدامه لاحقاً، وتحدد الشركة نسبة هذا الرصيد وفق مرحلة التنفيذ والتكاليف التي تم تحملها

الأخطاء الناتجة عن الشركة

إذا وجد خطأ في الطباعة أو التنفيذ ناتج عن الشركة، تلتزم الشركة بإعادة الطباعة دون أي تكلفة إضافية على العميل، أو برد قيمة الطلب أو الجزء المتأثر منه إذا تعذرت إعادة الطباعة لأسباب تقنية

الأخطاء الناتجة عن العميل

في حال اعتماد العميل للتصميم وظهور أخطاء لاحقاً مثل الأخطاء الإملائية أو المقاسات أو الألوان أو المحتوى، يتحمل العميل المسؤولية الكاملة. وإذا أمكن تدارك الخطأ، فقد يتحمل العميل تكلفة القوالب أو الخامات المهدرة أو التكاليف الإضافية ذات الصلة

الحد الأقصى للتعويض

في جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤولية الشركة قيمة الطلب محل النزاع فقط
