The company operates primarily on an advance payment basis. Production or printing does not commence until full payment has been received through approved payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently accepted payment methods include online KNET payment and cheque payable to the company. The company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Credit Terms

Credit payment terms may be granted to selected corporate and institutional clients after completion of the official subscription form, submission of the required legal documents, and approval by the company management.

Payment Period

Where credit terms are granted, invoices must be settled within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of order delivery.

Production Start for Approved Credit Clients

For clients approved under credit terms, execution begins after formal design approval and clear written authorization to start printing through email or WhatsApp. Such approval is final and binding.

Late Payment

In the event of delayed payment, the company may suspend future orders, freeze the client account, or initiate legal collection procedures.

Pricing and Taxes

All listed or agreed prices are exclusive of VAT and any future governmental taxes.

تعتمد سياسة الشركة بشكل أساسي على الدفع المقدم قبل بدء تنفيذ الطلب. ولا تبدأ عملية الطباعة أو التصنيع إلا بعد استلام الدفعة كاملة عبر الوسائل المعتمدة

وسائل الدفع

تشمل وسائل الدفع المعتمدة حالياً الدفع الإلكتروني عبر  كي نت   أو الدفع عبر الشيك باسم الشركة. وتحتفظ الشركة بحق إضافة أو إلغاء وسائل الدفع في أي وقت

الدفع الآجل

قد تمنح الشركة بعض العملاء من الشركات والمؤسسات شروط دفع آجل بعد تعبئة نموذج الاشتراك الرسمي، وتقديم المستندات القانونية المطلوبة، واعتماد الطلب من قبل إدارة الشركة

مدة السداد

إذا تم منح العميل شروط الدفع الآجل، يجب سداد قيمة الفواتير خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 60 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب

بدء التنفيذ للعملاء المعتمدين

بالنسبة للعملاء المعتمدين ضمن نظام الدفع الآجل، يبدأ التنفيذ بعد اعتماد التصميم رسمياً وإرسال موافقة واضحة على بدء الطباعة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تطبيق واتساب، ويعد ذلك موافقة نهائية وملزمة

التأخر في السداد

في حال التأخر في السداد، يحق للشركة إيقاف تنفيذ أي طلبات مستقبلية أو تعليق حساب العميل أو اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لتحصيل المستحقات

الأسعار والضرائب

جميع الأسعار المعروضة أو المتفق عليها لا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو أي ضرائب حكومية قد يتم فرضها مستقبلاً
