Delivery Coverage

Printat provides delivery services within the State of Kuwait only. International delivery is not currently available. Order collection from the company premises is not available, and all orders are delivered directly to the client address.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on the product type, order quantity, and production requirements. Orders are delivered immediately after manufacturing or printing is completed, subject to actual operating conditions.

Conditions Affecting Delivery

Execution and delivery timelines may be affected by official holidays, government closures, operational constraints, ongoing events within Kuwait, or any circumstances beyond the control of the company.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is generally free within Kuwait. However, the company reserves the right to apply delivery charges in special cases, provided such charges do not exceed KWD 20.

Acceptance of Delivery

The client or its authorized representative must receive the order and verify its condition upon delivery. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or refuses receipt, the company may reschedule delivery or charge additional fees.

Delay and Transfer of Risk

The company shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or force majeure circumstances. Risk transfers to the client once the order has been received.

 

نطاق التوصيل

تقدم  برنتات  خدمات التوصيل داخل دولة الكويت فقط، ولا تتوفر خدمة التوصيل خارج الدولة في الوقت الحالي. كما لا يتوفر خيار استلام الطلبات من مقر الشركة، حيث يتم تسليم جميع الطلبات مباشرة إلى عنوان العميل

موعد التوصيل

تعتمد مدة التوصيل على نوع المنتج المطلوب وكمية الطلب ومتطلبات التصنيع. ويتم توصيل الطلب فور الانتهاء من عملية التصنيع أو الطباعة، مع مراعاة الظروف التشغيلية الفعلية

الظروف المؤثرة على التوصيل

قد تتأثر مدة التنفيذ والتوصيل خلال الأعياد الرسمية، العطلات الحكومية، الظروف التشغيلية، الأحداث الجارية داخل دولة الكويت، أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادة الشركة

رسوم التوصيل

التوصيل مجاني في معظم الحالات داخل دولة الكويت. ومع ذلك، تحتفظ الشركة بحق فرض رسوم توصيل في بعض الحالات الخاصة على ألا تتجاوز هذه الرسوم مبلغ 20 دينار كويتي

مسؤولية الاستلام

يجب على العميل أو الشخص المفوض من قبله استلام الطلب والتحقق من حالته وقت التسليم. وإذا تعذر التسليم بسبب عدم تواجد المستلم أو رفض الاستلام، يجوز للشركة إعادة جدولة التوصيل أو فرض رسوم إضافية

التأخير ونقل المخاطر

لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن أي تأخير ناتج عن عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم تواجد المستلم أو ظروف قاهرة. وتنتقل مسؤولية الطلب إلى العميل أو من يمثله بمجرد الاستلام
