Design File Submission

Non-subscribed clients must submit ready-to-print files in accordance with the required technical specifications. Subscribed and approved clients may benefit from design services subject to the subscription terms.

Technical Review

The company performs technical checks only to confirm print feasibility. The company is not responsible for spelling, language, design, dimension, color selection, or image quality errors in files submitted by the client.

Design Approval

Client approval of artwork through email, WhatsApp, or any official communication channel constitutes final and binding authorization to proceed with printing or execution.

No Modification After Start

No amendment is allowed once the print order has been released. If the client requests changes after execution has started, the company may charge additional fees up to the full order value.

Error Mitigation

If correction remains possible after execution begins, the client may bear the cost of molds, wasted materials, and any additional operational costs required for correction.

Color Variation

The client acknowledges that on-screen colors may differ from final printed output due to display systems, materials, and printing processes.

Intellectual Property

The client confirms it has the legal right to use the design or content submitted for printing and bears full legal responsibility for it.

تقديم ملفات التصميم

يتعين على العملاء غير المشتركين تقديم ملفات التصميم بصيغة جاهزة للطباعة وفق المواصفات الفنية المطلوبة. أما العملاء المشتركون والمعتمدون لدى الشركة، فيمكنهم الاستفادة من خدمات التصميم التي توفرها الشركة وفق شروط الاشتراك

المراجعة الفنية

تقوم الشركة بمراجعة الملفات من الناحية الفنية فقط للتأكد من إمكانية الطباعة، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية الأخطاء الإملائية أو اللغوية أو التصميمية أو المقاسات غير الصحيحة أو اختيار الألوان أو جودة الصور المقدمة من العميل

اعتماد التصميم

إرسال موافقة العميل على التصميم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب أو أي وسيلة تواصل رسمية يعد موافقة نهائية وملزمة لبدء الطباعة أو التنفيذ

عدم السماح بالتعديل بعد البدء

بعد إصدار أمر الطباعة لا يسمح بإجراء أي تعديل على التصميم أو المواصفات. وإذا طلب العميل التعديل بعد بدء التنفيذ، يحق للشركة احتساب رسوم إضافية قد تصل إلى قيمة الطلب بالكامل

تدارك الأخطاء

في بعض الحالات التي يمكن فيها تدارك الخطأ بعد بدء التنفيذ، قد يتحمل العميل تكلفة القوالب أو الخامات المهدرة أو أي تكاليف تشغيلية إضافية لازمة لإعادة المعالجة

اختلاف الألوان

يقر العميل بأن الألوان الظاهرة على الشاشات قد تختلف عن الألوان النهائية بعد الطباعة بسبب اختلاف أنظمة العرض والخامات وطرق الطباعة

حقوق الملكية

يقر العميل بأنه يمتلك الحق القانوني في استخدام التصميم أو المحتوى المقدم للطباعة ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن ذلك
